  • Domestic Relations - Flat Fee Uncontested Divorce

    Must meet criteria for uncontested divorce (determined by lawyer) to qualify for flat fee rate of $899. Flat fee covers lawyers time only -- filing fees, court and other costs are extra. Basic criteria for a flat fee referral is as follows: no children, able to locate spouse, no real estate, no pension/retirement plans, no alimony/support requested, no lawsuits pending, agreement on personal property and financial accounts. Final determination made by lawyer.
