A brochure targeted to the older adult who needs low-cost preparation of a simple will. It summarizes the program, what the eligibility requirements are, how much the will preparation will cost, why preparing a will is important and what other services are available. Included is a list of centers where the program is offered as well as phone numbers to other agencies which provide assistance to seniors with other legal issues.
